Who we are
Vortex Finance is a UK property finance broker. We are the data controller for the information you submit through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or quote request through a form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, and information about your enquiry such as the type of finance, loan amount, property details and your message. We do not collect anything else through the forms, and browsing the site does not require an account.
How we use it
Your enquiry is delivered by email, via a transactional email processor, to our broker team so we can respond to you and, where you ask us to, discuss your case with suitable lenders. We use your details to handle your enquiry and arrange the finance you asked about. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting case, and no longer than necessary after that. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
