How we work, and how we are paid.

Credit broker, not a lender

Vortex Finance is a UK property finance broker. We are a credit broker, not a lender. We do not lend money. We introduce borrowers to lenders and arrange property finance on their behalf; any finance agreement is between the borrower and the lender.

Whole-of-market approach

We are not tied to any lender or panel restriction. We compare lenders across the whole market, from high-street banks to challenger banks and specialist lenders, and recommend the option we believe best fits your case. The lender makes the final lending decision.

Fees and commission

There is no fee to get indicative terms, and our fee model is confirmed upfront before any application, in writing, before you commit to anything. We may receive a commission from the lender when a loan completes, and we disclose this before you proceed.

Your property

Think carefully before securing other debts against your property. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
